What is included in the monthly lease?
The lease includes the physical micro-factory unit, all pre-configured manufacturing hardware, access to our Cloud Management Platform, and basic remote support. Consumable materials are billed separately.
How do production overage hours work?
If you exceed your plan's included hours (40 for Community, 120 for Business), additional hours are billed at a flat rate of $45 per metered machine hour.
What kind of site do I need for installation?
Our micro-factories are containerized units. You need a flat, stable surface (concrete pad preferred) with access to reliable power and internet connectivity.
Can I upgrade my plan as I grow?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Community to Business at any time through your dashboard. For Scale migrations, our team will assist with multi-site management setup.
